General Terms & Conditions 

• The travel period starts from 01st to 30th November 2024 ONLY.
• Min two (2) adults per booking with the same arrival and departure boat to/from jetty/SWV Resort.
• Stay one (1) person in the cottage is considered a Single Supplement and needs to add on 30% from the above price. He/she needs to add 30% from the above price and needs to come same arrival/departure boat with others. 
• If one (1) adult stays with one (1) child/ infant in the room, the child/ infant has the right to charge based on the adult rate.
• Children from 4 – 11 years old and infants from 0 months to 3 years old. Age is calculated based on the year born. 
• Expatriates need to attach a copy of their working permit and need to add on RM10.00 per pax for Jetty Ticket ONLY. 
• Balance payment due 21 days before check-in date.
• Any new booking with a check-in date within 21 days prior, must make full payment 3 days after the invoice is issued. 
• All services for the pick-up from/to Tawau Airport/ Hotel to/from Seafest Jetty and the boat will be based on our schedule. 
• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but transferable with an administrative fee, of RM100 per pax for name changes.
• Accept payment by Credit Card, Bank-In, or telegraphic Transfer.
• Unused dive/ snorkeling portions are non-transferable & non-refundable.
• Cancellation, payment not refundable and not transferable to another date after March 2024.
• SWV Resort may amend, delete, or terminate T&Cs without prior notice.
