Introduction

The Sipadan Water Village Resort Internship Programme provides opportunities for students to apply academic learning to real-world experience. Through this experience, students will have the opportunity to develop workplace aptitude, as well as to acquire knowledge and skills relevant to their chosen career path. Sipadan Water Village Resort Internship Programme also provides students with focused and structured learning, giving them hands-on experience in handling projects, decision-making, meeting timelines, and working with personnel of various levels across departments. We have incorporated the following principles to ensure that our interns succeed, make decisions, interact, lead, and excel

How to apply 

Selection Process


  • Open to Malaysian students and international students. 
  • Students from local universities/colleges
  • At least 18 years old
  • Have strong oral & written
  • communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proactive & able to adapt to changes quickly
